Situated on the west side of Okanagan Lake and a mere 20 minute drive from Kelowna, BC, this family-oriented park features lakeside and creekside camping, over 400 metres of sandy beaches and 5 kms of spectacular, well-marked hiking trails. A picturesque canyon has been carved into the bedrock by Bear Creek tumbling onto a cottonwood-lined delta.
“This Provincial Park is extremely popular --- booking a reservation well advance of desired arrival date is strongly advised for stays between mid-June to mid-Sept and all Long Weekends! During spring and fall, Campsites are available on a first come first serve basis. Any campsites not booked for a reservation are available on a first come first serve basis. Several new campsites are serviced with power and/or water and sewer connection.”
